1998 Ningbo hongcheng was established.The main production facilities include: 4 pairs of 500kg intermediate frequency melting furnaces;4set of 10ton electric furnace for heat treatment; 4 pieces of 10 cube meter air-compression machines; 3sets of hook-type shot blasting machine; Main inspection and testing equipment cover: one set of impact test machine one set of spectrum analysis equipment imported from Italy; one setof 30 tons universal tensile machine, one set of HB-billed durometer
2003 Hongcheng got the ISO9001 Certification.Improve product quality from management level.
2004 Hongcheng gained the TUV(ped-ce) Certification,established the foreign trade department and developed overseas market.
2005 In order to improve product quality,Hongcheng set up CNC center to provide professional processing solutions for customers.
2008 Investment was established in Jiangsu hongcheng,covers an area of 25000m2 specializing in the production of more than DN200 caliber,weight greater than 150KG casting.
2014 In order to deal with the government on environmental protection and sustainable development of the production value, and responsible attitude to customers, we put a part of the capital environmental transformation of factories, including the world's most advanced plasma dedusting equipment.
